Vietnam Innovation Summit 2026 (VIS 2026) took place from October 14 to 15, 2026 at Riverside Palace, Ho Chi Minh City, organized by InnoLab Asia. The summit brought together policymakers, investment funds, corporations, startups and experts from Vietnam and abroad. For Hire Central, VIS 2026 continues the journey that began at VIS 2025. It was a chance to reflect, together with the innovation community, on the role of people in business growth.
VIS 2026: three days where the innovation ecosystem came together
This year, VIS chose the theme "Critical Mass – The New Currents of Innovation", focusing on the moment when ideas, capital and technology converge enough to create a breakthrough. The program ran across two days:
- Opening ceremony and two summit days (October 14–15), running in parallel across four stages:
- Inno Stage: policy-level keynotes and panels setting the vision.
- Beyond Stage: deep-dive sessions by technical field and industry.
- Connect Stage: exhibition, business showcase and masterclasses.
- Collab Stage: business matching, trade and investment connections.
- Exhibition area: companies and startups from many countries presenting solutions in AI, green innovation, fintech, edtech and healthtech.
- Eight content pillars, including Human Resources & Education, focused on attracting and developing talent for the innovation economy.
Company Central CEO joins a panel at the Green Economy & Energy Transition Forum
Mr. Gaku Echizenya, CEO of Company Central, was one of the speakers on the panel "Beyond Compliance: Unlocking Competitive Advantage Through Sustainability" at the Green Economy & Energy Transition Forum. The panel discussed how companies can turn sustainability from a compliance obligation into a competitive advantage. He joined fellow speakers to share a perspective from the HR technology field on this topic.
Booth 36: experiencing recruitment with AI
Throughout the exhibition days, Hire Central's booth 36 welcomed many HR professionals, founders, hiring managers and business leaders. The main activities at the booth included:
- Live demo of the AI-powered recruitment platform. Visitors watched a recruitment workflow run on Hire Central:
- Smart JD: writing accurate job descriptions quickly.
- CV Parser: reading, screening and standardizing CV data.
- Job Posting Agent: publishing job posts to multiple channels in one step.
- 1:1 recruitment process consultations. The Hire Central team listened to the bottlenecks in each company's hiring process and suggested how to apply technology suited to their size and industry.
- A space to connect. The booth became a place for HR professionals, founders and startups to swap hiring experiences and discuss shared challenges during growth.
Interactive activities: check-in and mini game
Alongside the demos and consultations, booth 36 hosted two interactive activities that kept the atmosphere warm and lively:
- Check-in for a tote bag:
- Visitors took a photo at the Hire Central booth and posted it publicly on Facebook or LinkedIn with the hashtags #hirecentral #ATS.
- Each post earned one tote bag. For group photos, each member posted to receive their own gift.
- Mini game for a keychain:
- Visitors scanned the QR code on the booth table, filled in their details and answered 5 quick questions about recruitment.
- Players scoring 80 points or more received a Hire Central keychain. Each person had one turn.
These activities gave visitors a keepsake from the event and a quick way to test their knowledge of modern recruitment.
